A machine building company, not a trading house

SC Innovators designs, builds, installs and maintains special purpose machines for manufacturers. Every machine is built to a specific problem on a specific line, at our works in Chandigarh.

COMPANY

Machine builders who came from the shop floor

The family behind SC Innovators has been manufacturing since 1989: first wire drawing, then stainless-steel screws, then precision ceiling fan shafts. That background means we know what a production line has to live with after the installer has left.

SC Innovators was set up in 2017. In 2021 we moved into industrial automation. The range has since grown to ten machine types, together with control panels and precision tooling.

We keep mechanical, electrical and controls under one roof. The engineer who designed the machine is on site when it runs, and the same team supports it afterwards with spares, retrofits and annual maintenance.

Design and technical head

A mechanical engineer from Punjab Engineering College, and a mechatronics and manufacturing engineer by choice. Completed high school in Singapore on a scholarship. Leads machine design from concept to commissioning, and keeps up with the technology through exhibitions, seminars and plant visits.

In manufacturing since 1989. Set up a wire drawing unit with no prior manufacturing experience, then a stainless-steel screw unit, then precision ceiling fan shaft manufacture.

We come to the line, watch the operation and record cycle, output, rejection and manpower.

02 · Engineer

Concept, layout and a techno-commercial offer with the specification and exclusions written plainly.

03 · Build

Manufacture and assembly at our works in Chandigarh. Mechanical, electrical and controls in-house.

04 · Test

Pre-dispatch inspection against the agreed specification, witnessed by you where required.

05 · Commission

Installed and run at your plant by the engineers who built it, with your operator present.

06 · Support

Spares, retrofits and annual maintenance contracts.
