Capability 02 · Electrical panels and automation

Panels built by the people who program them

Power, motor control and PLC panels designed, fabricated, wired and tested in the same works that builds our machines. The engineer who writes the PLC program has checked the wiring it runs on.

Five stages, one team

  1. 01

    Engineering

Load list, single-line diagram, component selection, panel layout and wiring drawings.

  2. 02

    Fabrication

Enclosure, mounting plates and busbar work.

  3. 03

    Wiring

Power and control wiring in duct, ferruled and tagged to the drawings.

  4. 04

    Programming

PLC, HMI and drive parameters set and simulated before dispatch.

  5. 05

    Testing

Pre-dispatch inspection and functional test, witnessed by you where required.

What we need to quote a panel
