The operator stops being the pace of the line
Manual blade riveting ties output and joint quality to the person at the press. This machine feeds and orients the rivets, locates the blade against the rotor, and rivets it in a controlled stroke, cycle after cycle.
For plants that are not yet running the volume to justify full automation, the semi-automatic version gives the same riveting quality with an operator loading the blade.
