We check the drawing, material and tolerances, and say plainly if a feature needs a process we do not have.

Price and lead time per part and per batch.

Machine
Rough on CNC milling, turning and horizontal milling, then finish by wire or sinker EDM and surface, jig or cylindrical grinding as the part needs. Heat treatment arranged where specified.

Inspect
Critical dimensions and geometric tolerances checked and recorded before dispatch.
Standard tooling parts
Die sets, die springs, ejector pins, punches, gas springs, ball cages and cam units are also supplied from stock ranges.
