Solutions for the impossible

Engineering Automation.
Built Around Your Process.

From precision manufacturing to turnkey automation, we engineer practical industrial solutions around your exact requirements.

Engineering for every stage of production

Each area can be bought on its own. Most projects use two or three of them, because a machine is a mechanical, electrical and controls problem at the same time.

01

Industrial automation

Special purpose machines built to a specific problem on a specific line, and upgrades for machines already running.

Everything a machine needs, in one works

What we do in-house, by discipline. A machine usually draws on all four columns.

Automation

  1. PLC programming
  2. HMI
  3. SCADA
  4. Motion control
  5. Robotics
  6. Machine vision
  7. Industrial communication

Mechanical

  1. Machine design
  2. 3D CAD
  3. Simulation and analysis
  4. Pneumatic and hydraulic design
  5. Jigs and fixtures
  6. Mechanisms
  7. Machine building

Electrical

  1. Panel design
  2. Control panels
  3. PLC panels
  4. MCC
  5. PCC
  6. Servo systems
  7. VFD

Manufacturing

  1. CNC milling and turning
  2. Horizontal milling
  3. Wire and sinker EDM
  4. Surface, jig and cylindrical grinding
  5. Fabrication and welding
  6. Machine assembly
  7. Pre-dispatch inspection

The machine shop

Built for manufacturers in six sectors

In India and on export, with machines documented to the destination's requirement.

Contract manufacturers and OEMs

Control panels, retrofits and machine subassemblies built to your specification.

You meet the engineer who designed it at commissioning

A production-critical machine should not pass through three companies before it reaches your floor.

Engineering under one roof

Design, fabrication, assembly, panel wiring, PLC and HMI programming happen in one works, so interfaces between disciplines are solved on our floor, not yours.

Built to order

No catalogue machine is forced onto a line that does not suit it. The machine is designed around your component, cycle time and footprint.

Manufacturing depth

We make our own dies, fixtures and gauges. A family manufacturing background since 1989 means we understand what happens after the machine is installed.

Process first

Every project starts on your line, recording cycle, output, rejection and manpower. The machine is specified from those numbers.

Supported after handover

Retrofits, rebuilds, spares and annual maintenance contracts, for machines we built and machines we did not.

Scope in writing

Offers state what is supplied and what is not: foundation, supply to the machine, air line, operator. Clear scope avoids disputes at commissioning.

Leadership

Good automation does not begin with a PLC. It begins with understanding the process.
